Yes the gentleman who checked me in was helpful and courteous. The room was clean and quiet and that's what I wanted. The shower head attachment leaked and squirted water on the wall which ran down on the floor and started to puddle so I didn't use the shower. I'm not complaining but just wanting you to know so you can get it fixed. Thanks, Richard
