Dreadful smell in the reception/ dining area. All publuc areas very tired and looked / felt dirty. Bedroom was tiny and bathroom was so smslll your knees were rubbing against the wall when using the toilet! Bedroom seemed clean but carpet not so much. Just needs money spent on it. The area itself was quiet but odd - various hotels all together but all run down and grotty looking. Would not stay in this hotel or this area again.

I arrived after 10.40 pm and the hotel closes at 10pm. They wrote me the gâté code to enter And informer me the room Door was going to be open ed... Unless someone was in room and therefore i wait ed 30 minutes until someone gave me another room without any personal excuse. Same thing the next day when I met the young guy made the mistake of switching the rooms. Overall old and not so clean.... Not worthy the price.

La chambre etait très bien, problèmes de connexion avec la tv qui coupait régulièrement. Par contre un vrai coup de geule pour le fait de devoir payer le parking, sachant que l hôtel se trouve en périphérie et qu a part venir dans la majorité des cas en voiture je trouve ça scandaleux. C est la première fois que je venais et aussi la dernière fois, les concurrents: Campanile, b&b, et autre ne font pas payer. Que le parking soit payant en centre ville, je peux le concevoir, mais en périphérie...je pense que commercialement c'est très mal joué, car dorénavant et je ne pense pas etre le seul, iront ailleurs. Si nous poussons le raisonnement plus loin, demain les grandes surfaces vont faire payer leurs places de parking...

Hotel annoncé contre 3 étoiles alors qu’il n’en a que deux. Chambre annoncées comme insonorisées hors on s’est fait réveiller très tôt par les portes du couloirs qui claquent très fort, impossible de faire un bain car le bouchon pas étanche et manquait de l éclairage notamment une ampoule .

Chambre attribuée au départ qui n était pas prête. ( je suis arrivée tôt dans l après-midi 15h) Le personnel très professionnel a tout de suite corrigé en s excusant. Nous avons pu profiter de la salle petit déjeuner pour travailler. Et une boisson proposée au choix à disposition .
