O check in foi terrível, pois agora é feito pelo gov. Meu celular está sem bateria e atendente disse que só poderia ser feito pelo gov. Quarto e acomodações do Hotel são muito bons. O Estacionamento é pago a parte, pois utilizam do shopping, achei um pouco confuso utilizar o recibo das diárias, para entrada e saída (as vezes cancela nao abria). Tive um problema com funcionário que fazia a reposição de petiscos do quarto: no sábado, estávamos dormindo as 7h, e mesmo com a placa de “nao perturbe”, o rapaz chegou entrando no quarto, sem autorização. Situação constrangedora e falta de instrução ao funcionário. No demais quesitos, ótimo hotel.
