Sehr große Zimmer/Suiten, blitzsauber, Klimaanlage, Safe. Küchenzeile, schickes, helles Bad Bad, Tiefgarage aud jedem Gebäude direkt mit Aufzug erreichbar, problemloser digitaler check-in/check-out. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Einzige Beanstandung: viel zu wenig Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage.

Good facilities but service needs improvement

The suite room itself was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. The only downside was that there is no driveway in front of the hotel, very difficult to walk from P2 parking to the hotel front due to the lack of signs. Parking fees were also paid for at the machine each time we leave the parking lot. There was a big Smart TV in the room, but it didn't have an internet connection. No Youtube or video through mobile in the big screen. I reported this to the front desk, but nothing was done. I knew about towel changes beforehand, but they were only changed once every four days, so I had to use them carefully during my stay. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and a few dishes; no knives, pots, heaters or extractor fans are provided, so we could only prepare food that can be heated in the microwave.

It’s absolutely amazing!! Everything from A-to-Z. Very, very clean. Best breakfast ever. I highly recommended to all. The stuff are super friendly. Specially, the folks at the bar. Good drinks, good food, friendly people are always there to be surrounded by. Specially, the 2 bartender are the best. Nhu & Peter. I had some drinks and pizza for dinner. These guys are so nice 👍 and they take of me and all other customers!!!

Not worth the price

People talked in the park all hours of the night, air conditioner was being repaired all month, smoking was allowed on balcony so our room was filled with cigarette smoke. The breakfast also wasnt very good, especially for the price. The staff however is mostly fantastic. All the employees in the main building are very nice and welcoming. Its too bad the overall facility has gone down hill.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Die Zimmer sind groß sauber und ruhig. Matratzen perfekt. Früshtücksbüffett ist alles da und nicht überdimensional im positiven Sinn. Unterkunft mit einer etwas seltsam anmutenden Architektur, getrennte Wohnblöcke mit geräumigen Apartments. Modernisierte Elemente vorhanden, an vielen Stellen jedoch noch Luft nach oben. Fahrstuhl in desolatem Zustand. Balkon ungepflegt. Bad modern und sauber mit Rituals Pflegeprodukten, das Radio braucht es dort jedoch nach unserem Geschmack nicht wirklich. Kurze Wege zum Musicaltheater sind perfekt. Frühstück an sich "okay". Etwas wenige Sitzplätze für die Zahl der Gäste. Leider hatten wir Pech, dass scheinbar für diesen Tag die "Zutaten" zu knapp kalkuliert waren. Das Auffüllen hat nicht wirklich geklappt. Backwaren über lange Phasen nicht verfügbar. Eilig durfte man es nicht haben ...
