The room was very clean & comfortable. I have to say the gentleman that checked us in was so polite & courteous. The gentleman I was traveling with was 85 years old and has Parkinsons. When he told me the room was on the second floor and there was no elevator, I winced. When I explained why he quickly changed us to room 101 & it was perfect.I wished I had gotten his name. He was so professional and friendly. Thank you!!

Waffles (only 1 maker so there's a line), an entree like sausage gravy, or eggs and sausage, yogurt, fruit. oatmeal and cold cereal. Pool was cold, ceiling has plaster falling down. Doors are secured with room key but NO Elevator to 2nd floor. Staff friendly. Easy check in.
