This is a simple hotel, staff at front desk at night can not give you toilet paper if you need or whatever you ask. They are rude. Differently of staff at day time which are much more polite. The bathroom is filthy dirty. Different kind of hair everywhere, the sink is cluttered, the shower smells mold. Your luggage doesn’t have a proper place to stay but at the floor. There is not microwave at the room. They don’t have gym. Don’t choose this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are a few things that need to be improved, the tv only had cable with a few Brazilian channels, we couldn’t even stream a platform to watch something else since it wasn’t a smart tv. The AC did not properly so the room always felt warm. I missed a second little trash bin in the room, there was only one in the bathroom. Room was small but this was expected. The mattress is a sort of a thin pad and doesn’t give you that comfort feeling when you are at a hotel.

Me surpreendi positivamente com minha estadia no Ibis. Foi minha primeira experiência com hotéis da rede. Ele fica numa localização privilegiada, em uma rua sem saída, bem tranquila e longe do agito e barulhos típicos de São Paulo. Tanto externamente quanto internamente o hotel é bem bonito e conservado. Na recepção, fui muito bem atendido pela funcionária Magda e meu processo de checkin foi bem rápido. O quarto, apesar de relativamente pequeno, achei bem confortável para 1 pessoa, que era o meu caso. O banheiro também era de tamanho bom, inclusive o box do chuveiro. O hotel me chamou a atenção positivamente em dois pontos: a decoração interna (o quarto é bem descolado, com mais de uma cor nas paredes e alguns desenhos) e o fato de se mostrarem comprometidos com a causa ambiental: tudo lá é biodegradável ou focado em causar o menor impacto possível ao meio-ambiente. O café da manhã também era muito bom, mesmo não sendo tão variado. Sempre tinha tudo que eu queria. Não cheguei a almoçar nem jantar pois o restaurante estava em reforma. No bar, cheguei a ser atendido uma vez pelo funcionário Lucas que também foi muito simpático e solícito. Em resumo, creio não ter nada de negativo a registrar sobre o hotel. Ou se teve, foi algo supérfluo que já nem me recordo mais. Certamente indico e voltaria.
