Our stay at the Best Western in Stony was good, the hotel was fine, staff was friendly but they don't pay attention to the details. I.e. in the fitness area, the TV was broken, the water cooler didn't have any cups, and there were no clean towels. When we went to the pool area, it was very busy and the staff only brought a few towels at a time, which were scooped up very quickly and was still not enough for the number of people in the pool.
The breakfast was good- hot waffles, sausages and powdered scrambled eggs and a good assortment of other items.
The bed was worn out, and was a bit of a bowl to sleep in, but our room was spacious (we had a queen suite) and clean.
Overall, for the price it was good value, but with a little extra effort by the hotel they could really improve the guest experience.
