Upon my arrival, I informed the front desk that the telephone in the room did not work. I was there for two days and two nights. It was never repaired. When I asked the front desk “princess” only provided excuses

Was nice. Good security. Only comment I have is that they really focus on dogs not being allowed. Not sure why. Little kids are way more loud and obnoxious.
