The staff members were nice and very friendly; however, the room was less than ideal.
When I booked the hotel, the only room option available was an accessible room. Unfortunately, the bathroom felt more like a hospital bathroom than a hotel bathroom, which made it feel rather depressing. The toilet did not flush well, and the shower had very weak water pressure. The shower curtain was also too short and small, so water splashed all over the bathroom while showering.
The room itself was spacious but very basic. There were only two chairs and not even a luggage rack, which made it less convenient than expected.
The location, however, was convenient. It was only a three- to four-minute walk to the tram stop, where the airport tram also stops.
