Um dia pela manhã tivemos problema nos chuveiros, sem água quente, isso no hotel como um todo, e ao ligar na recepção, as pessoas eram grosseiras e nada empáticas.

O quarto, lâmpada proxima a cama com fiação estragada, exaustor do banheiro não funcionavae muita poeira entre a cortina e a vidraça do prédio e telefone (aqui saí para o passeio, relatei, consertou lâmpada, exaustor, sobre a limpeza, limpou o telefone, mas a janela, nada!! Me perdoe os profissionais da limpeza, mas o chão nos cantos próximo as paredes estava sujo, abaixo a cama, nem se fala!! Com todo respeito, não indico o local, desculpem!!
