The property claimed to have free wifi and a jug but neither were available. The amount of chemicals used to make the unit appear clean was overwhelming but the unit still wasn’t clean. Each time we returned everything had to be opened to try and make the chemical smells bearable. Extremely disappointed.

Great location with easy access to beach, restaurants, shops. Apartment (2 Bedroom) was large and well appointed with lift access to all floors, and secure underground parking. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely use this complex again for future holidays

Friendly, helpful staff, good security.

The manager Greg was terrific, helping us with a few things at odd times. He also coped well when an area wide power outage occurred. The lounge furniture in our unit could use an upgrade, but that is controlled by the owner of that unit, not the management. We would stay there again.

Our apartment smelt terrible! Most of the smell was coming from the washing machine. We turned it on for 2 hot washes, and most of the smell left - but the kitchen still smelt like rotten fish. The fact that there also isn't air-conditioning in the bedrooms, in the heat and humidity of Hervey Bay, is just ridiculous. Our rooms were incredibly hot. The portable unit in the main bedroom was so noisy that it couldn't be left on all night and didn't cool the room down. the staff were lovely upon arrival - but there was no information folder - nothing. Very disappointed.

Overall, great stay. Perfect view of the water even though it was a partial view, with the water directly across the road. Fully equipped kitchen, with good size fridge, so you don't have to eat out every night. Would recommend to friends and happy to stay here again.
