A great location right on the Esplanade with decent walks in both directions. A bit old & tired, a bit rundown, but a comfortable bed and enough room for the 2 of us to spread out.

"Haven" may be a bit of a stretch. This is a pretty standard motel - clean and well-maintained. Don't expect daily servicing of your room as that is not a part of the program. I was surprised by how small the TV was. It reminded me of my first computer monitor. Most of the units will have covered parking. Noise from the street is not a problem but there is a good chance you'll hear your neighbours. If you have a room near the metal stairs you will almost certainly hear the foot-traffic. The location is reasonably convenient and we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go during a three-day stay. There are certainly plenty of good dining options within walking distance.

It was just ok stay. Couldn't get tv channels. Thats due to u got sign in on mobile to get. That suck. The first room was filthy we were given but manager said hotel cleaners forgot clean ????. Who forgets . Besides that we were given another room. This was better except the blinds need replacing and someone snoring next door like a freight train kept me up.
