In the entrance area of the room, there was a carpet edge strip missing with one end of the one side that was there a possible hazard for people to catch their feet on. We requested a ground floor room as my wife has some mobility issues, The room was adequate, bed comfort fair. The bathroom, whilst clean, and with a good shower, overall appeared lacking in maintenance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ground level room parking at the front to the property was rather tight, but the main car park at the rear is fine.
