La struttura è all’apparenza molto moderna, come stile e idee, il check in molto rapido i ragazzi della reception parlano molte lingue quindi risulta facile la comunicazione. La camera si presenta particolare, un unico ambiente. Ha il lavandino nell’ingresso, il wc e la doccia sono due ambienti separati da pannelli di vetro con accesso dall’ingresso ma decisamente non insonorizzati ( soprattutto per l’ambiente wc) MANCA il bidet ma credo ci dovremmo abituare anche se la ritengo una grande mancanza. La televisione non funzionava, alla prima segnalazione ci è stato inviato il tecnico tempestivamente ma non poteva risolvere promettendo che avrebbe risolto la mattina seguente. Il giorno dopo rientrati in camera alle 16:00abbiamo trovato la camera da rifare e la televisione ancora senza possibilità di connessione. Chiesto alla reception ci è stato inviato nuovamente un tecnico e ci hanno informati che la camera sarebbe stata pulita alle 17:00, il tecnico in seguito ci ha detto che il problema alla televisione non era risolvibile per un problema di linea. Il ricircolo dell’aria molto rumoroso e non si poteva disattivare, quindi anche la notte avevi il sottofondo di soffione. Riepilogando, ambiente carino e moderno, servizi pessimi sia per i bagni che per la risoluzione e gestione delle esigenze, aria condizionata a tv presenti ma non buone.
