The staff at the hotel is very kind and welcoming. The room was spectacular, with the best view. However, the driver of the hotel shuttle was a major disappointment — he didn’t speak English, was rude to me, and dropped me off midway because he didn’t know the address. This was a very upsetting experience that contrasted with the otherwise excellent service.

The property is in a beautiful location! Great views of the lake and St Moritz town. Close to the train station- easy walk. Close to the main area of town as well. Breakfast is excellent, dining room has beautiful views of the whole area. Beds are excellent! Best night sleep on our trip in these beds!

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Man kommt schnell zum Bahnhof oder in den Ort, aber auch sehr schnell auf Wanderwege. Sehr gut hat uns der Wellness Bereich gefallen, der zwar eher klein ist, aber eine Sauna, ein Dampfbad und eine Infrarot-Sauna hat. Was sehr klein ist, ist allerdings der Ruhebereich. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, das Restaurant eher Mittelklasse, mit Personal, das durchaus freundlicher sein könnte. Insgesamt würden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen.
