Very nice océan view room with gorgeous view. AC worked well, very clean and spacious room. Service from staff was excellent over all, easy and cheap to get into town by tuk tuk. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Lunch and dinner were only so-so, food quality pretty poor for those, ended up eating at other restaurants in town instead, which were better.

The room was very nice, staff amazing, amazing breakfast. Beach was the best beach I experienced. Everything you needed from towels to water for drinking by the beach. Kids room for playing, two pools etc etc. If I would complain about something, the lost one of our garments in the washing and did not compensate us or even said sorry, there was three weddings in a week and it was fun at first but then got a bit annoying.

The staff is excellent , specially Jocelyn. She anticipated all of our needs. Incredibly helpful and friendly. The room is spacious, clean, and excellent proximity to the beach. There’s tons of common area and swimming pools that makes things feel not crowded at all. Fantastic bath and body products, great amenities. The only flag is that there were two days in our stay where we had limited access to some of the facility, especially the infinity pool.

The room was clean and spacious. The spa facilities were very good. There was a slight issue with Crust restaurant as we were there with a few friends and some of the meals would take ages to come whilst others had finished their meal. this happened a few times during our stay. We had to chase the waiters for the orders, and we think the staff or kitchen at Crust was not adequately staffed with trained staff. In one of my salads found hair and it was not good. Otherwise, all other facilities were and service was good.
