The staff is very kind and pleasant. The condition of the hotel is terrible. The pool area is very dark and you can see a storage room from inside and he pool area that is stacked with chairs, a Christmas tree and other things. The blinds to that room are broken and crooked. Looks terrible. White curtains in the stairwells are filthy. Multiple door handles throughout the building are broken. Outside of the building looks like it’s falling apart. Condition of the building in general is terrible.
