Service at pool

The staff at swimming pool who was lighting the candle around the pool was very poor attitude. She literally bang the door of each candle holder and made so much noise to a point I need to leave the pool. I think that's what she wanted to do. To get rid of all the guests at pool. I did not expect such level of service at park hyatt at all.

Enough experiences towards Foreighers who can only speak English. We can achieve rapid check-in without actual passports, with Only certification document issued by Chinese goverment. In the other hotels, long took time taken (over a half hour), more subsequence documents needed, in worst case, refused to stay. Very clever, sharp, and kind staffs at front office. Very noble, refined sensed furnitures, room accessories, facilities we can see not only in each room but also public spaces. Great, beautiful pool which can see supream city biew, amazing breakfast we can have not only delicious many foods but also active performance by many chef's. Front staffs （Mr. Mark and a gentleman) are so kind that we can have valuable information for travel. Suitable or reasonable for price. Fabulous hotel

We were impressed once we stepped out of the taxi. The team at the driveway are so helpful. And the design of the arrival experience to the lobby is a hit on our senses, sets the tone on what to expect of our next few nights here. Check-in was smooth and the room is simply fabulous. Very spacious, very comfortable. Love the room design. Thomas at the concierge is definitely to be commended. He gives us various options of things to do for the next few days, answers our questions patiently and gives us his full attention while attending to us. He even remembers our pickup times without needing to check when we are unsure the next day! The team at the Park Hyatt Hangzhou really makes our few days memorable.

裝修十分漂亮 服務十分好的酒店

首先酒店位置十分方便 就在MixC的正上面 連結着地鐵站 鄰近有兩個個地鐵站 去景區不會特別遠 離機場也是30分鐘車程 鄰近另一個地鐵站的Raffles city也十分大 有很多餐廳。 這次我們是聖誕節入住 早了到達也能馬上入入住。 酒店大堂和房間的裝修十分漂亮 床很大很舒服 廁所也好豪華 而且能看到風景 房間設備齊全。 職員態度也很好 很願意幫忙 收拾房間的職員也十分盡責 把我們自己亂放的物品都收拾好。 總結是酒店十分好 絕對會再回來的。
