Check in went smoothly, the man at the desk was very friendly...room was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint is that the hallway was cold, but then, it is winter and cold air sinks to the bottom. I'd recommend getting a second floor room in the winter. Otherwise, a great room with a great view, and so quiet.
