Check in was horrible 1 overwhelmed guy at desk with a line. Forgot about me when my time for checkin. Room given was on hotels.com change your mind list until complained and given ad as proof. Then given what was promised. Exhaust shower fan disconnected. Staff very exceptional and try their best but you need to know Spanish. Breakfast good for free. Complementaries have to ask for. Morning room service every 3 days. Location excellent. Bell hop Kevin awesome and very helpful. Made the stay better. Only ice maker on 1st floor.

Restaurants in Espanoola Way walking distance The President hotel gave us generous breakfast every morning, 2 free welcome drinks, free beach towels daily and 2 free bottles of water a day. A very nice Reception staff, Michael, breakfast staff, and bar staff. Only thing is that room was not serviced for our 5 days stay.

Good location, nice swimming pool. Very good breakfast buffet, and I appreciated the welcome drink. The room was basic, with a big poster, and the decoration felt kitschy. We asked to see the room first and they refused, which was disappointing and unnecessary. I always do this and reception usually agrees, especially when there were two receptionists and no one waiting.
