Upon arrival, staff was friendly and prepared to reply to us in different languages. They showed us around and ensure we knew how to access to bathrooms and kitchen. They offer support with accessing too. The room was clean, very basic and simple. We were unlucky to come on the one and only UKs summer heatwave and it was way too hot, despite the staff efforts to cool it down. Location was just perfect: near Hyde park and just opposite the underground to be able to access everywhere else!

Pretty much as expected. The staff was fine, the facilities okay, and they do their best to keep it clean. My main issues were with other guests being inconsiderate, but in a room of nine that's to be expected. The only difficulties I had with the hostel itself was the often confusing layout, and an expensive laundry fee with a dryer that doesn't fully dry the clothes.

Wasn't sure what to expect from a hostel. Linen was clean, bed was fine if a bit small. Got unlucky with room mates - top bunk snored loudly, and when they moved the whole bed frame (including bottom bunks) shook. Shower was cramped and tiny; I didn't end up using it. It may just be that I'm not cut out for hostels though!

I stayed in a private. It was clean, comfortable and great AC and hot water. Water heater and blow dryer as well. Loved staying here. Since we had a private, it was free to use luggage storage which is super big and digital lock code! Cooked some breakfast in the kitchen each morning. Reception was super nice and helpful. Super close to underground tube/subway. Good to know: The room is pretty small. Put your luggage under the bed to make space. You need to pay to rent a towel or bring your own. We were on the 4th floor. It was a lot of stairs. Not a con for us, but may be difficult for others especially if you have big luggage.

The mixed form was really smelly, someone in their had poor hygiene which may not be down to the hostel but the cleaner came in and did nothing about the smell. The smell was so bad i struggled to sleep. Also, my bed sounded like a harmonica every time I moved.
