Hotel was closed by city due to fire regulations, and was not notified. Just hoping to get my money back now.

The bed was warm and there was plumbing and tv. Other than that the stay was mediocre. The small breakfast bar was not stocked in the morning with nothing but probably the previous morning's leftover half loaf of bread, cereal, 2 granola bars, and a quart of milk.

Dirty and outdated.

The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The sheets looked dirty but it may be they were just stained. Where the air unit as I could see outside along the edge. The photos shown in the app for this property were clearly not of this property.

Run down

Nobody was at the desk at 8 pm when we arrived. We pushed the call button and 15 minutes later a couple drove up in pajamas to check us in. The entire place was dirty and run down. Our pillows were disgusting, but thankfully we had our own since we had been camping. The room was dirty and the shower barely drained. I wish I had stopped at Chaimberlin instead. Don't stay here.

Super outdated property, bathrooms were tiny, pillows were non existent, everything smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was literally a loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter, no cups for coffee. Would never ever come back.

Comfortable clean room

We checked in late while traveling through the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was good and there were plenty of towels and toiletries available. There was a microwave and refrigerator also available. We really appreciated having bedside tables on both sides of the bed. (We had 1queen size bed) Breakfast was disappointing. Only granola bars, toast, Raisin Bran, coffee and milk. Later as we were leaving there was fresh donuts. My husband is gluten intolerant and there was nothing for him.

The first room we were given was the worst. The curtains didn't close and the ac slats were held open with wads of toilet paper. I asked for another room. It looked better but was still run down and dirty. There were stains everywhere. I woke up with bites all over. Breakfast was stale cereal.

Terrible stench.

When I got to my room, after checking in on Sat. Jul 30, I found a terrible stench, probably excessive cleaning fluid. So, I got into my car and drove another 8 1/2 hours to get home. I survived on caffeine and determination. Putting up with that terrible stench was not an option, despite having already paid via hotels.com.

The picture shown for this site is obviously from another hotel. There were holes in the wall, the sheets were wrinkled and the bed poorly made and I wasn't at all sure the pillowcases were clean. And after paying Expedia, the hotel front desk charged me again. So now I have to fight that battle with my credit card company. The breakfast area was unsanitary. I have never stayed in a worse hotel/motel.

As soon as we opened the door a dog came running up to us. Thankfully, we like dogs so it's wasn't a big deal but not everyone does. Then the lady at the front desk starts showing us her feet because it was hot and they were swollen. It was hot but still weird. Then she tells us to hold on a minute. We were standing there waiting for a good 10 minutes thinking she still needed something. She starts petting her dog and I ask her if we're good and she just says, "Oh, yeah". The breakfast area was some cabinets just placed in the hallway. There was only cereal, toast, and coffee. We get down to our room and the gentleman comes out because he had just turned on the air-conditioning. It had been 104°F. It was the ground floor and there were only shear curtains on the window. There was only one working light. One of the pillows didn't have a pillow case. When my husband went to ask for a pillow case they said they would bring it to the room. They did bring it to the room but then the guy tried looking passed my husband to see into the room. There was what looked like major mold on the wall behind the toilet as well. Unfortunately, that was the only hotel that we knew of in that town and we just needed a place to sleep for the night. Not great but we have had to sleep in worse places. The staff seemed friendly enough. Just not very professional.
