Le personnel est serviable. La chambre propre mais petite: surtout la salle de bain est minuscule. Par contre notre jacuzzi est sale à notre arrivée, j’ai demandé de nettoyer. Donc ns avons pu l’utiliser qu’un jour sur 4….la pression d’eau dans le robinet de ls salle de bain est minimale.,

Leider sind wir erst nach 22.00 Uhr angekommen. Die Küche hatte schon geschlossen. Aber es wurde uns ein sehr schmackhaftes kaltes Abendessen serviert und wir haben den hervorragenden Wein der Gegend probiert. Die geräumigen Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider haben wir den Spabereich nicht ausprobieren können, weil am nächsten Tag die Weiterreise anstand. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr angenehme Bedienung.

Notre séjour a été une vraie parenthèse de calme et de bien-être. L’hôtel offre un cadre haut de gamme. La décoration, les prestations, le personnel : tout vous plonge dans une expérience reposante. La chambre avec terrasse et jacuzzi est un véritable havre de paix. Nous avons pu en profiter sans restriction d’heure ou de temps. Le petit déjeuner au lit est un incontournable : à tester absolument. Nous avons pu bénéficier d’1h au SPA de l’hôtel : jacuzzi, bains à remous, hammam, sauna, douche sensorielle, glace pilée, boissons détox… tout y est ! Nous recommandons fortement l’établissement pour les parenthèses détentes. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir profiter de ce lieu d’exception.

Bel hôtel

Personnel très aimable, de la réception au service ainsi qu’aux femmes et hommes de chambre. Parties communes tres élégantes, notre chambre privilège pour 4 très spacieuse et propre mais déco tranchait très clairement avec les reste de l’hôtel , un peu vieillotte. Le canapé- lit pour nos ados ne devrait servir que de canapé, impossible de dormir correctement dessus , il faut franchement penser à le changer pour un vrai couchage. Le spa est très joliment décoré et propre. Nous avons testé le brunch du dimanche vraiment à faire sans hésiter, bien cuisiné, copieux, produits qualitatifs et avec un couple d’excellents musiciens pour l’ambiance. Si nous devions revenir dans la région nous réserverions mais avec une chambre différente.

Vriendelijk personeel, ook de hond was welkom in hotel en restaurant Alles ziet er perfect uit en ook ontbijt is uitstekend Lawaai van de weg is er amper (slapen met raam open). Prima service in restaurant maar personeel is wel erg druk Ligging is rustig en toch op maar 5 min van snelweg We komen zeker terug!

C'est un bel hôtel, avec une belle décoration mais le service n'est pas au top: 1 seul rouleau de papier toilettes pour 4 personnes, un canape lit pour mes grands enfants très bancal, inconfortable et surtout qui grince enormement, un sauna dans la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de jacuzzi sur la terrasse, pas de terrasse d'ailleurs, comme annoncé dans les infos sur la chambre, assez décevant en définitive... Très mauvais rapport qualité prix finalement

Lovely!

A lovely stay and would definitely return. The room was very comfortable, especially the beds and bedding. We were very tired and enquired about room service which was arranged for us without fuss and the food was delicious. Very good bathroom and shower facilities and the jacuzzi was delightful! Staff were very polite and helpful throughout.

I think this is a marvelous property. I have stayed here for the last 3 years. It is clean, updated, and the staff is so very kind and helpful. I have messaged w them in advance and they have been very responsive to my needs. I think the bedding is great, the room is spacious, and cozy. The hotel is slightly remote in terms of public transit but if you have a car, this is not a problem. The restaurant menu is somewhat limited but the selections are appealing. Make sure you make reservations in advance if you plan to eat there as it is not a large restaurant. I plan to go every year!

Hospedagem especial e maravilhosa na Borgonha

A localização do hotel é ótima, com fácil acesso a Beaune, a Dijon e a vários restaurantes que ficam nas vilas da região. O hotel é muito bem decorado, assim como o quarto, que apesar de ser bonito, tem uma configuração pouco funcional, como o vaso sanitário separado e longe da pia, além de muitos móveis com pouco espaço para circulação. O café da manhã é muito bom, com yogurte com muitos cereais e frutas secas para colocar, frios e queijos deliciosos, muitos tipos de pães doces e salgados, ovo quente e mexido, sucos, cafés preparados na hora, realmente muito bom. Apesar de ser um hotel Spa, achamos a área pequena e a academia muito aquém do necessário.
