handy location , nice sunny room ( carpark side ) Great shower.Given location near major mall , some very late night noise from music and cars( weekend ) Street signage is very poor and impossible to see in the dark Easier to locate no 15 ( cant miss it ! ) go down the driveway next door and into carpark to find entry for no 17 Be aware They will try to charge you for parking even though the council carpark they use is free in the weekends

Very basic but comfortable. Lots of dents in walls and fridge and couches need updating. Bathroom was good. Bed was comfortable. Got a bit loud in corridor after midnight then my door handle was turned with sonebody trying to get in. Remember to lock door when you get inside! Dodgy people in carpark, unsure if its emergency housing..

The couch in the room was in very poor condition to the point where we just didn't use it. No AC apart from a noisy mobile unit but you had to leave the window open to use it. No city views only Manukau bus stop. I paid $12 a day for parking in the risky lot out back but every time I went to use it someone was in it. Overall I wouldn't stay again.

Room 505 the first room has a small window with a blind on it.I would suggest blacking out this window because the light on the outside turns off and on continously making it hard to get a good nights sleep.Otherwise very good services.
