Auckland Region Hotels

Just one night - everything was great. Great view, great service, great room. Everything works in that hotel, fires on all cylinders. Only negative was a bit of noise from the street later into the night.

It was not made clear what in the Kitchenette was included and what was a charge. Did not make coffee or tea because of this. The sky bus to the airport stopped right outside the front door. This was very convenient. The view was great. Sky tower was changed to green for St Patrick’s Day weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The newest hotel of the three in the chain at Sky City. Absolutely beautiful hotel. We saved the best for last. Accommodations were outstanding. Front desk stored on luggage on the last day b/c we had a late flight. Even offered us to use the workout facility to shower before we left for the airport-a first for me. The Grill Restaurant at the hotel food and service gets a 5 star rating. Ir is now my place to stay in Auckland.

Retro style decor which is refreshingly unique. Very close to the harbor, Maritime Museum, Queen's Wharf, and shopping. Only negative is lack of convenient spaces for suitcases.

Delicious breakfast buffet with coffee with fun foam designs every morning. Best muesli bars I have ever had. Great location, modern well-designed rooms, nice gym everything you could want in a room plus amazing views of the sky tower.

I love that the location was central to everything I needed. The hotel staff were extremely friendly. Everything was clean. The neighborhood was safe and local transportation was easily accessible.

The staff went above and beyond and made this a wonderful stay. I will be back. From the early access to the room, to remembering my name, to helping with wine suggestions and even printing for a meeting they were wonderful. Selected "The Emerald Inn" via internet and it was everything and more than we expected. We spent a week there and it was just what we wanted and needed. The room was very clean and had more than what we expected - range, dishes, etc. It was within easy walking distance of a gorgeous beach, a fantastic restaurant - The Cafe and Bakery. We were staying at the hotel during a stressful time during Covid-19 while awaiting for our return flight to the US. The front desk staff, especially Matta and Savio, could not have been more comforting, patient and kind. Location is prime--restaurants, shopping and close to interesting places. Very happy with our stay at this hotel especially that the harbor is nearby.The staff are so friendly and helpful. This was my second time staying in this property and it is always a great experience. For international travelers like myself, they are very accommodating and make check-in a breeze. The hotel is located up on the Queen street, where is quite convenient location. There is a CityLink red bus stop close to the hotel. (50 cent per ride) Therefore, you do not have to walk all way up to the hotel. They offer a breakfast package in the fridge which includes 2 slices of bread, butter, jam etc. and pack of juice and milk.
