Dislikes: the a/c in the room went no cooler than 72, and the building heat was on despite the outside temp being in the high 60s; we woke up sweating every night; water pressure in the shower wasn’t strong and I was unable to rinse all the shampoo out of my long hair; neither of us liked the scent of the crabtree and evelyn products; and free coffee and tea is only served until 11 a.m.

The man running breakfast was delightful, kind, helpful, and extremely professional. The staff at check-in was very courteous and pleasant. I also loved that it was fully decorated for Halloween, and we even got to vote for their pumpkin decorating contest. Everything was exceptionally well-maintained and clean, and I had only positive experiences during my stay. Highly recommend and will be back when visiting relatives again!
