Keys wouldn’t work so instead of issuing new keys they moved our room. Door had lock issues and would not open. Maintenance had to fix. No safety lock at top. Premises was run down. Hard to push cart on corridors due to damaged concrete. Heating and AC unit did not work appropriately. Not very much lighting in parking lot in back of building.

The room was filthy, sticky floors, the bathroom fan did not work and had no cover, exposing the disgusting grime on the fan, the coffee maker had dust and silt where you put the water, the coffee cups were uncovered and had stains in them, as if they had previously been used, there were small bugs in the bed, the door was missing a folding lock and the outside corridor had no lighting. On top of that, one of the pictures in the room by the bed clearly had “fluids” sprayed on it. One of the most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in. I asked if I could change rooms and was told there were no rooms available, yet later when in the lobby I watched another couple successfully get their rooms changed. I asked for a refund and was told I could not, then watched a couple get fully refunded on the spot, no problems at all. There was no door stopper behind the door in the bathroom, just some toilet paper that was jammed in the hole where it used to be. The bathroom also had obvious patch work done all over the bathroom, most notably above the shower, where there was still grit and grime dust from when the work was done

My receipt online said ~$45, yet when I saw my receipt it said $75. The discrepancy is exorbitant, and very deceptive. Never again at this location, and perhaps not this intermediary service either.

There was water damage on the cabinet, which held the refrigerator in the same cabinet one of the drawers. The bottom of the drawers was busted. Couldn’t really put pressure on the cabinet because he would start to lean. The microwave. Didn’t have a glass plate. The safety latch on the door was broken, and there was no chain, and the door was very hard to close.

The entire facility was filthy. Pool was drained and had a couple of feet of green liquid with garbage floating around in it. Room had electrical outlets without cover with receptacle loose, very dangerous. Toilet seat did not match toilet. Fixtures in sink and shower loose and flopping around. Crud and goo along baseboards in bathroom. Breakfast was a box of Pop Tarts on a dirty table. More of a poor flophouse than hotel.

No security lock on door of ground level outside entrance facing back parking lot. Breakfast advertised but onsite staff advised “no breakfast.” Only one wash cloth for two people. Towels very worn. Sink and commode child height. Commode seat was too small and back top was too long. Curtains and bed ruffles rotted, torn, and falling apart. No stopper in sink or bathtub. Half of toilet paper holder missing. SERIOUSLY in need of upgrade. Heard talking and yelling and running from adjoining rooms. Second worst accommodations we’ve ever had. No receipt available upon checkout. I could go on, but this should be enough. NO MORE TRAVEL LODGE FOR US.

The room was TERRIBLE.... the sheets were not clean ... had holes in them ..we didnt have a blanket..two refrigerators one big one little both didn't work.... asked the staff for help he never did help us... Had a pile of old mattresses in back. No lamps in room.... no coffee..limited amount of towels. No smoke detector .... lock did not work on door...walls were dirty. And it smelled when we got here worst place we ever stayed in our life

Leaking toilet, leaking tub faucet(constant drip I had to silence with a washcloth, bathroom door wouldn't shut, no remote for tv(had to go to the desk twice), could have been cleaner (found hair braid and large loose string on floor in obvious places), bed very hard and shower head height for a hobbit, not even at face level for an average person, shower curtain leaks out on floor and mold in bathroom 1st and only time we'll stay here. The desk was aloof, too busy with a conversation on her cell to give attention to patrons.

I have stayed there 3 times over the last five years. Five years ago it was newly renovated and very nice, and affordable. However, that's the last time it has been touched. Each time it has gotten progressively worse. This stay was by far the worst. When I checked in at 3:00 they were super fast in charging a $75 damage deposit on my card, but honestly, I don't know how they'd tell if I did damage or not. I didn't have ANY towels in my room and went to the front desk as I needed a shower for a 7:00 dinner reservation. Two hours later I went back and just sat at the front desk waiting for towels, as several other guests did. At 6:00 I got towels. While waiting, several other guests came to complain about various things, all met with indifference and a "that's just how it is" attitude. Toilet was leaking, the clothes rod for hanging clothes was just gone so I had to hang my clothes from a wall sconce, no in room coffee, no hair dryer, tiny tv, old smelly drapes and comforter. Never again. Just don't go there. Wyndham should inspect these franchises periodically before lending their name to these dumps.

We got checked in a women that was eating cracklings all the the time was helping us. Then when we got our room we had no lights except in the bath room. We went back to report it and still eating her cracklings said she would give us anther room all that time she was on her cell phone but then she was sending the repairman to our room to fix the problem so we waited in our room for 30minutes and he never came so we Will never stay there againwent back to the check in to see if we could just have another room Still eating she finally gave us another room Took us about two hours to get checked in and settled
