This was a couples getaway and we were very satisfied with the friendliness of the the entire staff and the cleanliness of the entire property. Our suite was clean, the kitchen was equipped with dinnerware. The pool was spotless and the location was excellent for visiting attractions. We will definitely return for another stay!!!

Amazing hotel very clean, the free breakfast wasn’t the best but definitely not the worst, the hotel was very nice and everything was very welcoming and clean, can’t say that enough, the only other downside is paying for parking in their own lot, it’s expensive (like almost as much as Disney or universal parking) and no one monitoring or protecting it so I’m unsure why the cost, the Hotels in the same area do not charge

We had to check in very late and Pablo at the front desk was very kind and friendly and even went in the back and got us a couple of bananas because we were so hungry and hadn’t eaten. The hotel was very pretty and modern we only needed to stay one night, but we would definitely book here again. The only thing I didn’t like is that they charge for parking.
