We had to check in very late and Pablo at the front desk was very kind and friendly and even went in the back and got us a couple of bananas because we were so hungry and hadn’t eaten. The hotel was very pretty and modern we only needed to stay one night, but we would definitely book here again. The only thing I didn’t like is that they charge for parking.

The water pressure was less than optimal and the AC was extremely loud. The beds were comfortable and the gentleman serving breakfast was happy and helpful with a smile on his face. The shuttle to the parks was not helpful, one day we arrived 3 minutes prior to departure and watched it leave the parking lot.
