Employee was outside smoking while I walked right past her to go check in. In the room, the air conditioner was VERY loud to the point we had to shut it off. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The full size fridge was nice, and the room was clean though.

The room was very clean other than that and I did feel safe, so I’m grateful for that, but I had no idea that there would be no smoke de machine at this facility nor any coffee.
