You do not get what you pay for

I had high expectations $$$$. We had to change our room due to a very bad odor; the shower water pressure and hot water was lacking. The buffet breakfast was poor quality & trainees were cooking eggs with a crust, the coffee was weak, no plain yogurt nor healthy cereal; we had to call for the gym to be stocked with water and towels; and the pool was very cold and not maintained.

Serve drink while we are waiting to be served. The bell boy put our luggages in the buggy when we set in and when we check out. once our driver is here, they transferred into our guided vehicle. Very impressive and they are very attentive. Breakfast is good and a lot of variety. Cosy castle restaurant.Very relaxing. Do keep up the good work. Go to seek fishes, Yoga lesson going on.
