Ortaköy civarında işiniz varsa tereddütsüz tercih edebilirsiniz 🤩😍 Hotelin çok nezih bir ortamı vardı, kahvaltısı mükemmeldi, çalışanların hepsi çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü☺️ Ortaköy tarafından çıkarken mini bir yokuşu var ama insanı çok zorlamıyor☺️

Excellent boutique hotel. Wonderful staff particularly Emra. Nice traditional breakfast. Very clean property in quite neighborhood but with walking distance to the town, Yildez park and Bosphorus.

Disgraceful

My 2 friends and I were taken to the hotel by taxi, and we were greeted by a sign on the front door stating that the hotel had been shut down by the local authority due to lack of fire precautions. I have messaged the hotel twice, and hotels.com, and no one has considered refunding my 100% upfront payment. Disgraceful behaviour.

Honeymoon oda

Biz jakuzili honeymoon odada kaldık, genel olarak çok güzeldi, hem manzarası hem de odanın iç dizaynı olsun fakat küveti çalıştırdığımızda maalesef ki suyun devirdaim yaptığı yerlerden kıl tüy vb şeyler çıktı. Bu nedenle jakuziyi kullanamadık.

A really nice stay

The room was small, but it was comfortable, items were refreshed daily and the service was excellent. A special shout out for the Manager himself, who was very helpful throughout, particularly at the end of our stay when the taxi booked to the airport did not turn up, as they had forgotten about the booking. He made the necessary calls, and arranged a car within 5 minutes. Great location and view of the bridge from nearby.

jakuzi güzel çalışıyor, yatak yastık vs rahat ve temiz çalışanlar çok ilgili güler yüzlü tek sorun tuvalet için ayrı bir oda yok. Demek istediğim duşu jakuzi küvetinde alıyorsunuz ama önü full açık odaya bakıyor hadi onu geçtim klozetin olduğu yerde yalandan buzlu cam var görüntü gözükmüyor ama ses yalıtım 0 nefes alışınız bile duyuluyor :) bunun dışında her şey güzeldi, tavsiye ederim konumu da gayet merkezi.

Das einzige Probleme der Unterkunft war der Standort und die Erreichbarkeit zu Fuß. Das Hotel befindet sich auf einem Hügel und es ist empfohlen für die Kurzstrecke ein Taxi zu nehmen. Ansonsten war die Fähre ca. 10-15 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt, womit man ohne Probleme zu den wichtigen Orten kommen konnte. Essensmöglichkeiten gab es zu genüge und mit einem tollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Nachts hatten noch viele Läden offen und die Beleuchtung war wunderschön. Das Personal am Hotel wird Ihnen auch Ratschläge auf Anfrage Vorort geben. Trinken war 24/7 verfügbar und die Rezeption war ebenso besetzt. Die Badezimmer könnten einigen etwas kleiner Ausfallen und sind nicht auf dem neusten Stand.

First of all i want to thank Mr. Emre being so warm and a great problem solver ! If you are tired of city’s loud noices but still want to be close enough to explore the city life and popular places … this hotel is definitely for you. Me and my girlfriend stayed 6 days , my first impression was not that good from outside look since i got used to big fancy hotels but this hotel has something that dont have it at all. Really caring , sincere and helpful staff. You dont even know anything about the city ? No problem at all they suggest you every place which maked istanbul is istanbul , even explain public transportation if you dont want to use taxi services and the best part is you never run out of drinking water ! Hahaha they give you a lot you cant even finish ! Son olarak tekrardan teşekkür ederim Emre abi bizimle çok güzel ilgilendin ! Hayırlı günler dilerim !
