Overall this is a good apartment and is a good place to stay. However, there were two key problems - Major construction - likely to last the next 2 years - not relaxing at all. No one wants construction noise on holidays. Couldn't open windows, sit near the pool, enjoy the balcony - just horrible. Also, we don't mind tired apartments if they are clean. The carpet really needs to be replaced. No one feels good in a space where there are serious stains all over white carpet.

Excellent location. What a pleasant surprise it was walking into this unit. A spacious, well appointed unit with fantastic views over Snapper Rocks and Rainbow Bay. A very short walk to the beach, and handy to Rainbow Bay Surf Club. Everything you could want on vacation. Comfort, food, beach and bar. Highly recommended.
