Sehr gefallen hat mir der Empfang am Freitag und die Bemühungen des Empfangs am Sonntag als ich Stromausfall in meinem Zimmer hatte. Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass es Zahnputzbecher aus Plastik gibt und das mehr oder weniger unfreundliche auschecken am Montagmorgen. Des Weiteren sollten dringend die Belüftung im Badezimmer (Keime etc.) und auch die Gardinen und Vorhänge gereinigt werden.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Die Gardinen waren grau vor Schmutz. Der Mülleimer war noch vom vorherigen Gast voll. Im Bad befanden sich Barthaare vom Vorgänger auf den Amaturen. Dies wurde nach meinem Hinweis behoben. Die Be- und Entlüftung war vor Schmutz nicht zu sehen und somit anfällig für Bakterien und Keime. Dies wurde nach meinem Hinweis NICHT behoben.

Good location, no facilities

Old hotel in the city center but with no facilities (kettle, sleepers). The stuff is not speaking English. Every time you are leaving the hotel you are asked to leave the room key at the reception for “security reasons” but the real reason is that they don’t have cards for rooms, they still use the classic keys and they are afraid of loosing it.

Gute Lage in der Innenstadt, aber Reinigungspersonal hat Probleme, die Zimmer pünktlich sauber zu bekommen. Absprachen, welche Zimmer man bekommt, werden einseitig nicht eingehalten. Letztendlich hatten wir Glück, daß die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption die Dinge doch noch gerade biegen konnte. Alles in allem probieren wir das nächste mal ein anderes Hotel aus.

Nicely located in the centre. Checkin was fast. Hotel a bit old an run out. Shower wasnt hot both of the mornings, which was very annoying. Long walk to the room

Sehr großzügiges Zimmer & Bad, tolles Frühstück zu einem echt fairen Preis. Die Armaturen im Bad, der Teppich im Schlafbereich und das Hotel insgesamt sind etwas "abgewohnt", was aber nicht weiter stört oder gar die Funktionalität (Armaturen) einschränkt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel top, sowohl die Ausstattung, der Service und die zentrale Lage!!! Sehr ruhige, zentrale Lage, optimaler Preis und man schläft sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in der Bielefelder Altstadt gelegen. Unser Comfortzimmer großzügig, hell und sehr ruhig. Die Möblierung und das Bad sind etwas altmodisch aber sauber und sehr zweckmäßig. Preis/Leistung ist top. Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert, ist aber mit 9 Eur auch fair gepreist.

Nice hotel in the old part of the city.

Lovely hotel in the old part of the city, made to feel very welcome as soon I walk into the reception. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. Location is perfect, shopping, restaurants, tourist sights just walking distance. Breakfast buffet was nice, with my booking I paid extra for this but is was worth it. Highly recommended.
