This is the only hotel in Gatlinburg that we will stay. It’s close to literally everything; the staff is amazing and the ambiance is comforting. The free breakfast isn’t just cold cereal and bagels. They have hot eggs, fresh biscuits and a staff there to help you. We love the wood paneling in the rooms and the balcony. We will be back again and again
