The woman working the desk was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful.
The rooms were not very clean. We had to move from the first room because of how dirty it actually was. Floors, toilet, and furniture surfaces were all dirty.
Checking in early will cost you $20/hr, and you can not park until you're officially checked in. Paying to street park and walk around for a few hours is much cheaper.
There is an older gentleman that stayed on the first floor by the office (I assumed owner, or owner's family) that seemed to be everywhere I went (next to my car, on the boardwalk benches, walking back on the street the exact same time as me)... it could have been a super coincidence, but still made me uneasy. He didn't speak, just stared.
Overall, I will not be booking there again, but for a last minute budget deal, it was good for the 1 night we spent. I only used the room to sleep, and it did the job for that.
