Small oilfield town wasn’t expecting property to be as clean as organized and not run down like most. Very very clean and friendly staff. Made stay longer due to being so comfortable on property.

Very nice room but not so good breakfast .

We were very happy with our room it was nice and big. The bed was good. The only thing we had was the breakfast was not good at all. The coffee was Luke warm and there was nothing on Sunday to eat but cereal and I guess waffles but for some reason the grill was not. But I sure we will stay here again.

I stayed Friday- Saturday. The grass was overgrown. It was cut Sunday morning as we were leaving. There was a dead tarantula left on the picnic table. The pool closed early. The room was dirty. The linens and towels were dirty. I know it’s a cheap hotel. But I’ve stayed here many times, and this was by far the worst. I visit my fam here. I’ll be changing my location moving forward.

Room was clean and comfortable. The 3 outlets in the kitchenette were not working. Although it didn’t affect us since we didn’t use the microwave and coffee maker. Had to iron in between the beds to get a working outlet.

nobody at the front desk to check in waited a while after calling and ringing the bell etc... room was beat up holes and stains on the walls. outlets not working and the hotel breakfast does not exist although the signs are still up claiming it does. last year this place was a pleasant surprise this year not so much

Don’t be fooled by not having a big name on the hotel. This place is a gem Nice rooms, clean , friendly staff , beds comfortable. I was impressed to say the least. Can’t beat it for the price. Nice pool although we didn’t use. There one night but no hesitation to return if I’m out that way

Good but could be better

The suite was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There was a microwave, mini fridge and sink in the sitting area which was nice. My only suggestions would be that they get new towels, the ones there were dingy and rough. Also in the bathroom there was a missing towel bar which was fine but the broken parts were still on the wall. I suggest either replacing the towel bar or at least remove the broken parts off the wall. Lastly, there was a faux leather ottoman that pieces of the “leather” were flaking off. I would remove that piece of furniture. Overall, for the price, it was okay for our stay.
