A reasonable price and in a good accessible area for Salford Royal which is why I booked it for the price the room was clean and comfortable large with onsuite and had a little bar and restaurant on the ground floor the food was delicious and staff was very helpful and friendly

I was scared to come because of the reviews but when I got there my room was fine and the people there were nice. My room was clean and spacious and I slept well.

Dreadful place

How can i claim a refund for this booking, the hotel was dreadful with Mold in the rooms and the door key cards did not work leaving the rooms open for anyone to walk into, such an unpleasant visit with no safety measures in place, we ended up leaving and booking into another hotel
