We really enjoyed staying here we had a full size refrigerator and the Kitchenette was great to warm up Christmas leftovers. The pool and jacuzzi was open in December which was great. Breakfast was also good they have red and green salsa which gave food more flavor. Would stay here again.

There was no hair dryer in my room #255. Also two guests walked bare footed in the reception area in two different days, I think it is disgusting and although I know it is difficult to stop it, you should enforce such faux pas. Otherwise I would recommend and definitely stay ta this nice hotel, with polite and competent staff.

We arrived for check-in at 3pm as stated on their website and per a phone call I had made earlier to confirm. They told us that our room would not be ready for 30 minutes to and hour and that they would call when it was ready. The hotel was under construction and very busy so we did give some grace considering. However, at 4pm no one had called and so we attempted to check in again. We were given keys to a room that had dirty towels on the bathroom floor, it had not been vacuumed, there was food all over the microwave and there was clumps of jelly on couch. We returned to the front desk and were given keys to another room. The room was dated but clean.
