This is our second time staying at Demeure de la Carmine. Our host, Chantal, was as nice as ever. The rooms are impeccable and comfortable. Great location in Mirepoix. I can only recommend this property.

A very beautiful and luxurious experience. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious, the sauna and pool were delightful. Chantal took very good care of me.

Ideally located for the Mirepoix old town & market, my partner immediately fell in love with the property. The breakfast in the courtyard outside the property was fantastic and the decor & cleanliness of the room was perfect. Would not hesitate for recommend. The decor had a level of finish and quality that would not be out of place in a high level hotel. The photos do not do it justice in terms of the level of quality and charm.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast with superb breakfast every morning -- croissants, baguettes, cheeses, meats, eggs, coffee etc. Spacious rooms and very cleanly. The service was excellent, accommodating and very friendly. It couldn't have been any better and made our stay in Mirepoix perfect.

Chantal was so lovely and welcoming - we had the top Room with the bath and it was very beautiful, the pool was cooling after a hot day and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had on this trip! A very short walk into Mirepoix for drinks and something to eat, really pretty town with a nice vibe - we loved it!

What a magical place! Attention to detail in every room. The cute courtyard where we were served lovely breakfast, the pool, the room. Just lovely. Chantal our host was beautiful. She was so helpful and friendly. Despite us all not sharing a common language, she managed through demonstrations/gestures etc to let us know all about the place and what time we would like breakfast. Then she turned up 15 minute before to start preparing it. Small number of guests (only 4 rooms I think) we never saw another soul..it felt like our own (very fancy) house. So close to the old square and restaurants. Totally recommend it.

B&B bien situado, cerca del centro de Mirepoix. Zona muy tranquila. Es una casa de pueblo restaurada con bonitos detalles.

Lovely hotel in an old granery, with steam room and small pool. Nice room with good facilities, a little noisy with creaks from other areas. Great breakfast served outside by Chantelle, who was very helpful, but has little English. Parking available close by. Mirepoix is a great 13th century village with good bars and restaurants, and a fun market every Monday. No hesitation in recommending this hotel and village.

This is an amazing little bed and breakfast. The room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Part of the amenities include a hamam and swimming pool. Our host Chantal was very helpful and did everything she could to make us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this little hotel.
