The Subset hostel room (102) has dated decor by at least 30 years. The bath had no enamel and totally stained. The fridge was to small with a rusty internal rusty shelves. Our windows opened up to a wall. The cooking facilities was a kettle and a small Microwave. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. The cost way too expensive for what's on offer.

It didn’t have a swimming pool, which is states on the app. Also our room stunk of cigarettes so we requested to move rooms, luckily they managed to on the second day but for the first day they didn’t have room for us and it is not what you want to wake up to.

3 CUCARACHAS EN HABITACIÓN!!!!!!

En el baño había agujeros/ grietas en el techo por donde entran cucarachas. Nos encontramos 3 cucarachas en el cuarto de baño, muy desagradable la experiencia. Al quejarnos a la recepcionista, nos cambió a otra habitación y en ella no habían agujeros ni cucarachas. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Hay pelos en las sábanas. Entra luz por la ventana por la mañana y se oyen muchos ruidos durante la noche que dificulta el descanso. No lo recomiendo.

A nice small hotel in a quieter part of town. Lots of local bars near by. Calo de Moro beach is about 300 yards away. The facilities are old fashioned but functional. There is no lift so any one with a suit case would struggle. I was okay as I had a back pack. There were just two coat hangers in the wardrobe. I was able to develop a method of attaching or hanging clothes over the clothes rail. There were just two plug sockets. I would recommend guests buy or bring an extension cord. There was no television so I made extensive use of the very good free WiFi. The room and bathroom were of a good size. The promotional pictures of the hotel show there is a pool. I was told that they no longer have a pool. I found this disappointing and deceptive to have pictures of the old pool and for it to have been closed off years before
