此飯店剛剛裝修完工，一切幾乎都是新的，此時入住很幸運。清掃服務很好，非常乾淨，尤其是店主的岳母持續打掃又親切。臨走前，店主邀請參加親手所做的family dinner，與全家人共餐，享受與認識越南家庭飲食與風貌，可惜我事先不知，已於外面用餐後才返回旅館，吃不多，但是仍是很好的感受。家庭式的經營方式，別出一格，但是很好。櫃臺服務員原是當地的導遊，對當地景點與文物介紹極為專業。唯一遺憾的是，旅館標示不清，搭乘火車站的minibus到達Sapa，司機找不到旅館，隨意放下我，提著行李，自行尋找多時，求告無門，最後還是再掏腰包，搭當地的motobyte送到旅館。

Family house with great view

We took the night train from Hanoi and they let us check in when we arrived sapa at 7am. Staff were really friendly. They would make us fruit snacks whenever we come back to the house. Breakfast were good with good views. Room is clean big and comfy. It makes you feel like home.

Nice place in an alley

I did not myself stay at this place I had booked it for a friend He was happy with the place Only comment was that the breakfast was only noodle soup And no complementary water on the room It is a family run place so it could be a problem of you check in at night

場所は少しわかりにくい場所にあるがgooglemapでたどり着けるので大丈夫。客が少なかったのかアーリーチェックインOKで部屋もアップグレードしてくれた。朝食はテラス席で食べられてフォーが美味しかった

Arrives a Sapa de nuit, et malgre une reception qui devait etre ouverte 24h/24, nous avons du attendre l'aide ( apres 1h30 d'attente dsns le froid), d'un voisin qui a contacte le proprietaire par telephone. Cet etablissement est d'une tristesse deconcertante , la chambre n'a pas ete faite durant le sejour et le petit dejeuner etait minimaliste.

Great little homestay

Location was very convenient, homemade breakfast was great as well. But the best part of Sapa Local House was the staff. He allowed us to check in early after an overnight train and sorted our onward bus for us. We also hired a motorbike for the day which was very convenient - he sorted everything. We had a great stay

Très bel hotel, super accueil

Hotel tres confortable, chambres spacieuses et joliement decorés. L'accueil est chaleureux, le patron est pleins de bons avis et conseils pour vous faire passer un agréable séjour. Calme et propre, c'est une adresse a ne pas louper a Sapa.

외진곳에 있으며 주변에 다수의 개들이 많아 어두워지면 접근이 힘들정도 또한, 카운터에 직원이 상시 위치하고있지않아 문의하기도 어려움 처음 물을 틀어보니 녹물 비슷한게 나와 한동안 틀어놓고있었음. 두번은 이용하지 않을것

This is a very attractive place, but it is hard to reach and can be difficult to find. That said it is not far from the main business and restaurant district. However, you are going to be climbing stairs and/or steep slopes! Everything seemed to work and was in good condition - except the wifi. A name came up, but the signal was super weak!

Homely place to stay

Hotel is located in a small lane. When taking cab there, go to Victoria Hotel and from there, walk in to Sapa Local House for about 1 minute downhill. It's a quiet place and quite near to the church area. Receptionist is really friendly and nice man. He provides you a printed map on how to access this accommodation area. Home-cooked beef Pho as breakfast together with fruits and Vietnamese coffee was the best! Room and bathroom is clean.

Not a very good hotel

- the check in was slow and the staff speaking a very poor English so it was difficult to manage things - the breakfast was good but poor and when we asked for water and they gave us the water from the sink (not in bottles) - in the bathroom there was tooth paste from previous customers and a dirty hair brush - they tried to charge us washing machine double price than anywhere else

Fantastic stay!

It was amazing. It is family run. I had a cold and the owner's wife would prepare honney and lemon for me every day, the owner would give me lemon and salt every morning. We felt like home. They invited us to their son's birthday dinner. It was incredible. The view from our balcony was breathtaking.

EXCELLENT!

This hotel is amazing. Words can't describe the wonderful service we received. The hotel owner is the friendliest happiest guy ever. Greeted us with tea and fresh fruit. And he did this everytime we went out and came back to the hotel. We had dinner with his family one night it was a special experience. Rooms are nice and the hotel is VERY CLEAN! Overall definitely recommend staying here.

Godt ophold hos søde mennesker!

Hotellet var rigtig fint og pænt rent over det hele. Beliggenheden var i gåafstand til byen. Servicen på hotellet var også god, dog havde vi udfordringer med kommunikationen, da ejeren af hotellet ikke forstår eller snakker super godt engelsk. Dog var han rigtig rar og ikke mindst hjælpsom. Morgenmaden var god, da du selv havde mulighed for at bestille, hvad du kunne tænke dig. Kan klart anbefales.

Quiet and comfortable stay

The staff were all very friendly, and the room was clean and the furnishings looked quite new. A nice touch was that fruit and drinks were served when we checked in. There were various breakfast options, like pho and pancakes, and comes with a drink. Location wise, it might be a little difficult to find, but there is a short cut stairway down to the main street so it was quite convenient. Since the lodging was located on one of the hilly sides of the town, its also possible to enjoy a nice view of the whole place. Overall, a comfortable stay :)

친절하긴 하나 추천하기는 힘듭니다...

리뷰대로 가족은 친절하고 많이 도와주려고 하셨지만 겨울에 지내기에 방이 너무 추웠습니다... 가족이 다 오들오들 떨다 이불 하나씩 더 달라고 해서 간신히 잤네요. 아침으로 주문한 쌀국수에도 고수가 너무 많이 들어가 부모님은 하나도 드시지 못했습니다... 준비해준 분께 죄송하여 드실려고 하셨는데 쥬스도 그렇고 맛이 너무 별로였다고 하네요... 그래도 참 친절하고 좋은 분들이었긴 했어요
