Great value! 2 rooms 7 days adult family stay. Kind owners. Older building a little short staffed but helpful with whatever we needed. Other travelers were respectful, friendly, same mixed demographic, etc. It felt like maybe property owners were mindful of of this and didnt just book to make a buck. Next visit to LA will be booked here.

The owners are accommodating; however, the absence of a swimming pool and a 25-cent ice fee are minor drawbacks.
