Location is great and restaurant view is wow!

We came for one night but decided to stay one more night. Location of the hotel is great, just couple of minutes to the ferry station and the promenade with restaurants and bars. Service is good, everyone is trying to help you starting from the reception team and finishing with restaurant team upstairs. Breakfast is fine, there are all varieties you may like and amazing view to the sea and city! We stayed in junior suit and room is okay, little old and required some fixing like curtains which we couldn’t close or open fully, little smell of canalization in the toilet, dirty lamps and little old tired furniture but it didn’t ruin our holidays. Hotel is fine for its location and price. We recommend it if you’re not too demanding about room conditions:)

Fiyat performans oteli denilebilir. Odalar biraz eski, özellikle televizyonların smart tv olmaması güncel şartlarda eksi bir puan. Kahvaltısı stantart ama restorant manzarası güzel. Benim için eksi bir not da kendi odama. Büyük yataklı bir oda reserve etmiştim ancak iki küçük yatağı birleştirmişler. Çok büyük beklentiniz yokda kalınabilir bir otel.

Zentral gelegen, dennoch sehr ruhig

Trotz der kurzfristigen Buchung und Bestätigung in der Nacht, fand ich das Hotel sehr sicher. Trotz der zentralen Lage hatte ich kein Bedenken wegen den Parkmöglichkeiten. ich konnte mein Auto direkt an der Rezeption abgeben und morgens wieder vor dem Hotel abholen. Die Frühstücksbuffet befindet sich im Dachgeschoss mit einem Meeresblick. Sehr empfehlenswert.

The hotel staff was friendly, but although I got the most expensive room, the room needed renovation. I think the air conditioning was insufficient. And for the heat of Izmir, extra water could have been put in the fridge. There were only 2 small bottles of water. And there were many cigarette burn marks on the furniture.

Leider war mein Aufenthalt im Pasaport Pier Hotel in Izmir enttäuschend. Der Empfang war von Unfreundlichkeit geprägt, und das Personal schien überfordert oder unterbesetzt zu sein. Die Zimmer waren einfach, die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Besonders das Bad war schimmelig und dreckig, und es roch unangenehm. Auch das Frühstück entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen. Ich hoffe, dass das Hotel in Zukunft Verbesserungen vornimmt, aber momentan kann ich es leider nicht empfehlen.
