Nice and clean hotel in a very good neighborhood. Spacious rooms, good breakfast. Alphaville is a nice, clean and safe town. My only challenge was getting timely response to questions before arrival. Check-in ends at midnight but my flight arrives in the morning. I just could not get them hold my room so that I can check-in the morning. Other than that it is a great hotel, friendly staff. Overall, I would recommend.

It would be nice to have a couch in the room but overall the stay was nice. The breakfast was exceptional one of the best I ever had for free at a hotel. My parents didn’t have an adaptor to charge their phones since we are from Canada and the hotel gave them one which was very generous. The only issue was during check in they tried to charge us extra because we were bringing our dog and we told them it was not stated on Expedia where we booked that there would be extra charges. They tried to argue until my wife spoke to the manager and he agreed not to charge us extra. So better communication between the hotel and Expedia would be nice. But a nice stay.

Hotel sem manutenção! Carpete fedido, banheiro com mofo! Trocamos de quarto para um sem carpete, mas tinha mofo no banheiro, cabelos embaixo da pia! Bagunça no corredor, um grupo de homens fazendo barulho, hotel não fez nada! Senti medo inclusive! Não vale a pena!

Durante minha hospedagem, tive alguns pontos de insatisfação que gostaria de compartilhar. O quarto apresentava muito barulho, tanto no ar-condicionado quanto na porta, o que prejudicou a qualidade do meu descanso e me fez sentir insegura em alguns momentos. Além disso, senti falta de apoio na recepção: na chegada e na saída, não recebi ajuda para tirar ou colocar minhas malas no carro, mesmo com funcionários do hotel presentes na entrada. Acredito que esses detalhes, apesar de pequenos, fazem toda a diferença na experiência do hóspede e podem ser melhorados.
