Our room was clean and cozy and the parlor and dinning room were available for use by guests. This is a beautiful old home with very comfortable accommodations and an amazing staff! The house is old so expect some creaky floors but it is clean, beautifully decorated and maintained, and it was a treat to stay in a place that is clearly well loved.

I booked the Borland House Inn as part of a trip to the state track and field championships because the prices in nearby Middleton were too high. What an amazing surprise awaited me! I absolutely loved this beautiful, charming inn. If you love history you will love this inn. It’s located in a gorgeous home built in the late 18th century and features historical decor throughout. The rooms are elegant, large and lovely. The beds are comfortable. Everything is clean and thoughtfully provided. The rooms are so, so quiet. We had a great sleep. I want to come back here with my husband for a romantic weekend!

I couldn’t tell you much about the staff since me and my family came in late and left early. So we did not even have time for the breakfast they served. But what I can say is that I definitely would recommend this bed and breakfast. It’s so cozy and comfortable. The bedroom was delightful and the shower was spectacular.
