Sans intérêt

Nous sommes venus de nombreuses années. . Malheureusement après le changement de manager tout s'est dégradé. 2 emails sans réponses. L'état de l'hôtel n'est plus ce qu'il était. Nous aimons créer des liens avec les Indonésiens. Mais on ne s'est plus senti à notre place en tant que touristes étrangers. N'a plus aucun intérêt à nos yeux.

Great location near the beach within walking distance. Room was nicely furnished. Bathroom cleanliness can be improved further but for the price I paid, no complains :)

Good location. Modern looking. Room is small for the cost. My room had a lot of traffic noise. No refrigerator. If you want one you have to pay extra for it! Not worth the cost.

Room was supposed to have mini bar fridge but didn't had to wait 2 days to get it when it arrived it had mould around the seal and was very noisy.😕

No fridge, no clean daily sheets,no hot water,no international tv,no wifi .many years ago a nice place. Now run down , and the staff dont really care. No bar service, no food room service. Should be a backpackers hotel.

I am sorry to write this review..Having stayed many happy times at Serela, since it first opened, this was our most disappointing. The room appeared not to have been cleaned, after last guest? Hair on floor, dirty bathroom and generally not the level of cleanliness which had received in the past. This continued throughout our stay. The toilet was leaking water so it was always damp & smelling unpleasant. Our room was directly above the reception area & at 6.30am loud Indonesian music would begin to play and the pools water fountain would start?? Definitely no sleeping in!! This also continued until early evening. We asked to move room straight away, but as it was full, we had to endure this room for a few days. Once moved to a higher room, and not on the Reception side, the noise was less volume but continued, even after we questioned why so early?, throughout our stay. More disappointing changes was only one English tv channel?, breakfast is even more scarce & mostly Indonesian cuisine, towels are thin yellow and with holes! If you can receive a low rate for the room, Serela is in a good location, the staff are pleasant, it’s safe and has all the basics you need...if you plan to be out all day it will suffice, But at a higher rate...you can definitely find an alternative with more appeal.

Good for the price, lovely staff

Lovely staff but for a hotel only a few years old they really need to lift their game. Bed is super comfy but discolored and worn out linen and towels with holes in isn’t a good look. It all needs bleaching and replacing. No pool towels or cushions on the hard lounges by the pool. It’s Impossible to book direct as they never respond to emails. Tried to order room service dinner, literally nothing was available, tried to get a can of coke from the bar, none of that either. Price is good, but you get what you pay for which is a lack of facilities and service, Aside from the negatives, it’s a nice place with nice staff

Despite the disadvantages I have mentioned, if you have made the lowest price reservation, I think it is one of the best hotels in this room. 저는 정말로 만족하지만 몇가지 선택에 도움이 될 단점이 있습니다. I am really satisfied. But there are some elements that will be negative for someone. 1. 가끔 변기에서 하수구 냄새가 납니다.Sometimes I smell sewers in the toilet. 2. 냉장고가 없습니다.There is no refrigerator. 3. 방청소할때 베게를 바닥에 두고 청소합니다.When cleaning the room, place the pillow on the floor and clean it. 4. 조명이 어둡고, 조명 스위치가 분산되어 사용이 불편합니다.The lighting is dark and the lighting switch is dispersed, making it inconvenient to use. 5. 수영장은 사용 가능하지만 작아요.Pool available but small. 6. 객실 와이파이가 자주 끊어져서 잘 확인하지 않으면 셀룰러 데이터로 전환됩니다.Room Wi-Fi is often disconnected and switched to cellular data if not checked. 7. 작은 개미가 종종 있지만 물린적은 없어요.(다른 벌레는 못봤네요.) I often have small ants but I have not bitten them. and I did not see any other bugs.

Noisy horrible

Noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in I could hear someone throwing up in the bathroom next door!! Was like they were sitting beside me throwing up I had to leave!! Absolute rip off overpriced rubbish

Reception is helpfull, but facilities are quite basic. Small room, inconvienient bathroom doors, sink was half clogged, shower didnt get cleaned propperly, no mini fridge in room.

立地、便利！全然快適に過ごせる！

とても、清潔に感じました。毎日シーツもタオルも水も掃除もしてくれて、この価格で、こんなに綺麗なんだとこの価格帯のホテルを他にも止まりましたが、ここはとてもよかったです。立地も便利に感じました。歩いてレギャンビーチまで行けるし、コンビニもレストランもホテルから隣、目の前にあります。唯一なかったのは冷蔵庫です笑そんなに困りませんでしたね。

Disappointed

Thought with it being a new small hotel everything would be great . First night given room facing street couldn't sleep from noisey bar across road .moved to new room next day overlooking pool people still swimming after 10pm at night very loud . Have to request a fridge for room and will be provided if one becomes available. Stayed 10 nights and had same bed linen for the entire stay . Towels were old and grey some even had holes and no hand towels were provided. Breakfast was very limited with selection so we chose to eat elsewhere. Overall just disappointed

Not happy

Booked online on expedia. Ugraded to a deluxe room with a fridge but upon checking in realised there was no fridge in the room. Then foumd the door leading to the balcony was broken from someone previously breaking into the room!! A guy came up with a screwdriver and tried bending the latch back to make it lock again but it was obviously so damaged it needed to be replaced. I asked for another room, this one also had no fridge. The staff were mostly dismissive, unhelpful and made no efforts to reimburse me for the extra money id spent on my room upgrade which i never ended up getting!!! Very ubhappy and will absolutely never stay here again.

Some problems

We moved rooms due to leaking water from the room above and paid extra for a pool view. Which was bigger but smelled like wet concrete.the rooms are not well designed.and they have three fridges for the whole hotel.!

Third time back to Serela

Fantastic stay. It's my third time staying at Serela. My only complaint was that the pool waterfall is turned on too early in the morning which woke me up. Travelled solo. Serela is in a good location for solo travellers. Close to the beach, good restaurants, good for walking to places.
