There was no stay! We were refused access to the hotel.
Trinity Suites had no knowledge of our "Guaranteed Reservation" as confirmed by Hotels.com. Hotels.com made no effort to contact Trinity Suites to inform them of our arrival. Trinity was fully booked resulting in my wife and having to locate a different place to stay at a higher cost due to the fact that it was the weekend.

Very bad as they didn't receive the call and serious smelling of mold from the sofa, some A/C was not working, the staff doesn't know how to organize booking. I was very annoyed because of this 1st-day booking. But hotel a staff was hearing the complaint and changed room even if it was still not a good.

Avoid
There is no free Wifi. We had no cable TV for over a week. Water yelliwish brown including what was in shower. The gas for the stove was out over a week. Their generator needs to be worked on. Black fingerprints on the walls. Room was always hot because AC needed more power to work properly. Food spoiled in fridge because power was off most of the day to run it. They don't provide towels or toiletries except 1 roll of toilet paper even if you stay a month. No broom or mop. Dishes broken and not even cleaned. No screens on windows to keep mosquitos out. Window in bathroom was broke. Front door lock needed to be repaired. Manager left to run place but owner would not give him funds to please guests with various requests.
