6/10 Good

Listing said “sleeps 5” but the suite only had one king bed and one queen bed. If your family can sleep 3 on a king bed, then it will work for you- otherwise you might want to find something else.

Economy cabin was small but very clean and everything was working properly. Matress was really good, too. Only bad thing was the heavy mold on the bathroom wall. And there is no possibility to get something to drink or a coffee or snacks on the property.

Our check in was super easy. Clean rooms. However half the outlets a nd light switches do not work. We did a litte detective work and founf ones we could use. Whe. The tv wouldnt work the gentleman was right here to fix it up fo us. Could use better. Numbered or regulated paking for adjouning cams. Otherwise wonderful stay!

Clean it up

The grounds were littered with trash, tires and discarded room furnishings. There was no smoke detectors in the room, the outside light was flashing. The toilet was not bolted to the floor and plywood was screwed to the front on the vanity cupboards

Countryside Inn Nightmare

To start the appearance was a cute little cabin. Found the twin bed extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom was a complete disaster. Awoke in the middle of the night to a broken pipe in the bathroom that completely flooded the cabin. Had to move to another cabin. Worse than the first one. Black mold on the bathroom wall and bugs. We were offered absolutely nothing for our horrible stay at this nightmare place.

When we booked the room it said it had a pool when I checked in found out there wasn’t a pool. The door for the joining rooms did not lock

Yikes

When we arrived : Floor dirty( not been washed for a long time). Sheet dirty (blood and mug). Bugs in our bed. Bathroom dirty. No clean towel only used one. Water on the floor in the bathroom. Bathroom door doesn’t close. Really hard to talk to the front desk, they have a number on the door and it took a couple of time to be able to talk to someone. When we talked to the manager he told us that he was busy that’s why.

8/10 Very good

I didn"t stay at country side but at Howard JOHNSON by Wyndham instead . They called me last minutes to change it but that was ok for me .It ends up being a better location . My only complaint was with one manager cause I was 20 minutes late to check out .they knock on my door saying '' hey buddy you re late to leave " I apologized and stated that I was out in 2 min just time to put my shoes on .they even came before 11 am and had to justify that it wasn t time to leave yet .It seems they could wait for me to leave ... That exchange was very unproffesional and only a dumb employee can talk like that to a customer . when I got there the internet wasn"t working but I let them fix it and it took a little bit of time but I didn t complaint . trying to be a good customer .Hope for them they ll change their behavior in the futur cause being grumpy against customers doesn't help good business.

Stay was very good. Only had 1 minor issue in bathroom. When taking a shower, tub was extremely slippery. Nothing we could do but put a towel in tub to help. Said something to the young man at the desk. He did give us extra towels. Other then that this was the best hotel stay we have had in a while & we travel often for business. Decision has been made that if we go back to this area for business again, we will stay at this hotel again. We have not had another hotel that we have said that about in a very long time.

I WAS INITIALLY CONCERED, BUT WHEN I GOT THERE..GOOD STUFF. FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS AND TEH FAMILY IS ON SITE. U WONT HAVE ANYONE AT DESK DURING NIGHT SO GET WHAT U NEED IN ADVANCE. I SURELY WOULD STAY AGAIN. IT TOOK ME A MINUTE TO FIGURE OUT THE HOTE WATER, THEN I WAS GOOD TO GO

Apparently remodeling but not doing a very good job, half done but renting anyway. Bathroom terrible, floor felt like it was going to collapse under my feet, new piece of flooring covering up very bad floor.

6/10 Good

Advertised pool and it under construction, rooms are not finished, everything is old. Shower had no pressure as you could not pull the plug all the way bc of corrosion. A/C kept turning off, walls are too thing I can hear the neighbors conversation.
Kathyliz, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was average, it was comfortable size and good size beds (bring ur own pillows cause those pillows flat). Front desk staff was nice. Some of their room amenities need some updating. The toilet took a while to fill up (noisy), so you had to wait like 10-15 minutes to flush. I am not sure if this is an up and coming hotel or if they have been around but they had a pool on site but was in rebel so I don’t know if it was being updated or just being built. Also they need an Enter Here/Exit Here sign. Cause the sign they have that has their hotel name on it is a Flag taped to their main house SO you cannot see it at night at all we passed it twice trying to go back after a night out. Even during the daylight if you don’t know what you’re looking for you will miss it. So they might be renovating but they do need to relocate some of their signage to help out their customers. And better signs period they have hand written and duct tape signs on their doors letting you know information. They need a better check out system if it’s early in the morning. They had my mom place our keys inside a bucket outside the house door to where anyone could walk by take them n potential go use the room. Location and staff great, pricing wasn’t bad, just small things that they need to consider to brighten up the place I would say.
Ashley, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel is within 2 miles of Lake George. Reasonable pricing and the rooms were clean. Staffs are helpful and friendly. However I feel they need some attention on the bathroom.

No coffee, old, dirty, no pool well it was there but in shambles. Sheets looked clean so we slept and got out.

Very nice for a small family just what you need perfectly In between lake and shopping centers. Not fancy don’t expect that but decently worth what you pay.

Very nice quiet little gem

It was great loved it there and great view and price only thing I don’t like was last people there wrote some not so nice things on the wall but very nice place and close to everything and service was excellent and front desk was very friendly and nice it’s a little hidden gem worth the stay might stay again really soon
