Beds and pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. Tv was size of a laptop. Not a smart tv either. Shower head doesn’t work unless I held it in place. Main staff was unhelpful . The restaurant had only veal to choose from . The view was very nice however

Vania was so lovely and helpful to book me in for the night even though I accidentally booked the stay for the following week.... These things happen when you decide to do a spontaneous trip around Europe when your original New Zealand Trip had to get cancelled due to the war in the Middle East. This hotel is steps away from the bus station and ferry pick up/drop off. Also a 3 minute walk from the Mark Twain point (beautiful scenery). The staff was the best hotel staff I have ever encountered and made us feel right at home 24/7. The dinner was fantastic and so much fun. We will be back in the summer!
