Really, really great hotel. Centrally located, super clean with a really helpful staff. The view from the breakfast room (on the 12th floor) is magnificent. There's even a 7-Eleven in the hotel lobby :-)

Nicely remodeled rooms, lobby and dinning area. Friendly and helpful staff. 24 hour 7 Eleven in the first floor. Limited parking. Close to old town Ipoh but the area needs to be revitalized.

Good location to walk round and exploring the museums, food, Ipoh historic culture in the Concubine areas. It's new and clean with friendly stuffs. Plus, the price is very reasonable. Drop off/Pickup is a little bit inconvenient due to the entrance at the curve corner with short stop. I would like to stay in this hotel again when I visit Ipoh again.

The person parked below our elevated car forgot to leave his keys behind and we waited abt 20 mins for him to come down and drive his car away so that we could retrieve our car. Excellent hotel. The service of this hotel was outstanding. The staff here, go out of their way to help you. The best customer service I've ever received! Special shout out to Rebecca on reception! The room itself was very comfortable and I had a great view of the river! Room amenities were also great! The shower gel smells divine! And the tv includes free movies, which was a nice added bonus.
